SOUR BRETT
A purely yeast driven beer, after kettle souring and long Brettanomyces fermentation in the brewery, our Sour Brett has been aged in ex-Wild Red Ale barrels so it has developed a great wood character that compliments the classic Brett funk. A zesty acidity balanced by sweet summer fruits – think peaches, apricots and mango with a hint of forest fruits – that border on confectionary in their intensity.

WILD RED
The 2021 iteration of Wild Red Ale is the culmination of a slow, 18-month period of souring and maturation in ex-Pinot Noir barrels. A complex malt bill with generous amounts of European specialty malts have produced a beer that pours a rich ruby hue and balances a zesty acidity with residual malt sweetness.
