Our wort production system including Kettle and separation vessels (lauter) have been adapted to handle tea-leaf, from steeping through to separating the leaf from the final tea-liquor.
Fine Temperature Control for Perfect Brewing
We have fine control of times and temperatures and can hit a consistent taste and brewing with our fully automated and controlled brewing system.
Pasteurising - Your product can be pasteurised prior to flash-chilling before packaging.
Hot Water and Steam – use of our site hot water, steam, hot caustic and sanitisers on all machines and lines ensures sterile packaging of your product
Blending – we can blend in a variety of flavours, acids, non-sugar sweeteners, preservatives and other ingredients to produce a blended product to your specification.
Fizzy or Carbonated – we can pack your tea in Cans, Bottles or kegs to the carbonation level you wish
Still beverage – through the use of micro drops of Liquid nitrogen to stiffen the can, we can pack your tea as a still or “flat” beverage into cans.
Fast Turn-Around – NPD release taking only 6 weeks from approval of art-work, and typical turn-around from Order to fulfilment on existing products is 14-20 days.
