HACCP Accreditation – overseen and implemented by the leadership and central to the quality and consistency of our production is our philosophy of standard operating procedures and identifying, minimising and eliminating risks from both a food safety and product quality perspective. Audited by a 3rd party annually, our HACCP accreditation gives our clients the utmost confidence in the products they are selling.
Choice of Beer styles - Whether it’s a stock standard Australian lager, a hoppy pale ale, a gluten-free beer, low-carb mid-strength or an ass-kicking IPA we can brew a beer to suit your target market.
Flexibility - We offer one of the most flexible Order or batch size options for clients of Contract Brewing Australia wide, with options from 2,500 litre through to 40,000 litre batches.
