Whether it’s beer, non-alc beer, soft-drink, tea, brewed seltzers, RTDs, ciders or any other type of beverage the Holgate contract co-packaging operation offers many services and packaging types.

State-of-the-art Co-Packing Capabilities

Our packaging line is a fully automated end-to-end system with state-of-the-art machines for de-palletising, labelling, canning, bottling, multi-packing wrapper, case-packing and robot palletising which is capable of outputting 40 pallets per day.  
 
Services offered include 

  • Supply Chain – organising printing and delivering of your Cans, bottles, labels, cartons, 4-packs or 6-packs. And delivery of your final palletised product to destination of your choice 

  • Packaging Design – we provide die-lines for your packaging items for your designer and liaise with the printer/supplier to get it right for you. We oversee the legals to ensure the correct information is on the package.  

  • Flexibility – we can split a single batch into Can and kegs or bottles and kegs 

  • Classic Cans: 12,000 can per hour Classic cans – 330mL, 375mL, 500mL 

  • Sleek Cans - 12,000 can per hour Sleek cans (coming, please enquire) 

  • Bottles - 8,500 bottles per hour Bottling, Crown seal (pry-off or twist off) 
    - 330mL 
    - 500mL 
    - other sizes available with change parts required 
    - 750mL or 375mL bottles not produced in Australia for generic purchase, however if imported we can bottle it.  

  • Bottles - 8,500 bottles per hour Bottling, ROPP seal (coming, please enquire) 

  • Multi-Pack Wraps – our multi-packer is a highly flexible machine which  can do both bottle and can card-wraps for your 4-packs and 6-packs. Fully printed wrap-around packs gives your product maximum marketing value and branding on the shelf 

  • Carton and Multi-Pack Formats 
    - 24 (4 x 6-packs) 
    - 24 (6 x 4-packs) 
    - 24 ( loose, 6 x 4 configuration) 
    - 16 (4 x 4-packs) 
    - 16 ( loose, 4 x 4 configuration)

    - 10 (loose – 5 x 2 configuration perforated end-opening ready-pack) 

  • Kegging batches in 20L, 30L and 50L kegs 

  • LOW DO and State-Of-The-Art Packaging line – besides high volume, daily capacity and professional product packaging our canning and bottling lines both deliver low DO (dissolved Oxygen) in the product. Compared to smaller and slower in-line filling machine our high-speed multi-head rotary fillers deliver world class DO results under 50ppb 

  • Hot Water and Steam – use of our site hot water, steam, hot caustic and sanitisers on all machines and lines ensures sterile packaging of your product
