Our interpretation of a classic American IPA in the Pacific North-West style. Bold and hoppy.

If the craft beer movement has a spiritual home, then it is surely the Pacific North- West of the USA. Many brewers from around the world regard a trip to the States as something of a pilgrimage. Road Trip IPA is our homage to the style – American IPA – which for many is the epitome of craft beer. Our IPA is inspired by the hoppy beers from Oregon and Washington State that founders Paul and Tash enjoyed on their family holiday and beer tour in 2009.

Tasting Notes

Road Trip is our take on a classic Pacific North-West American IPA. Presenting a burnished copper, Road Trip is loaded with multiple additions of Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe, Citra, Amarillo and Mosaic hops resulting in an explosion of piney, citrus and grapefruit flavour and aroma. The palate is rich and full, with the same archetypal American hop flavours dancing over a foundation of rich malt and a firm hop bitterness. The dry finish makes this a dangerously drinkable drop.
