Friday 7th of December – Rhyley McGrath
Rhyley McGrath plays rock, blues, funk & Jazz covers plus originals, his style is similar to that of Gary Moore, Rory Gallagher & Robbern Ford. An exceptional young talent, Rhyley has a wide repertoire, and plays with a maturity beyond his years. This is not Rhyley’s first gig at the Brewhouse & as always we are expecting a fantastic evening from 8pm.
Sunday 9th of December – 40 Thieves
Every 40 Thieves performance showcases original material as well as the great songs of the immortals of Jazz, Funk & Rhythm of Blues, This will be the 40 Thieves last gig of 2018 & you’d have to be silly too miss out on the local swampy Jazz bands gig in the court yard from 3pm – 6pm.
40 Thieves were privilged to have this 'Young gun' drop into our gig @bendigobluesroots I had just watched Geoff smash it out that arvo on the main stage in front of 1000+ to close out the open air part of the festival in Rosalind Park! To have Geoff play on songs that i have written and lift the band to another level is something i wont forget…..many thanks Geoff for being so generous. The Aussie Blues community is a ripper! Cheers…now it's time to rest..

Friday 21st of December – Jarrod Shaw

Jarrod has grown up in the area and performed at the Holgate Brewery multiple times in 2018 along with commitments all over Victoria and sharing the stage with Australian blues icons. Get down to the front bar from 8pm for another cracking evening with Jarrod.
Sunday 23rd of December – The King & The Easy
These cats are old school, acoustic blues & rag, with a touch of jazz & wee sprinkling of swing. Featuring Macedon’s own reverend of the reeds, ‘the easy’ Ian Matthews on vocals and harmonicas. Barry ‘the undertaker’ Miller keeps everything real tight, brushing the snare like a boss. And, rounding out this finely attired trio is the right royal & mighty regal King Maxwell, the vintage blues machine, on vocals & guitars.
It is a vintage elixir full of all the good things… now with added good things.
