At Holgate Brewhouse we pride ourselves in providing a great dining experience - simple food done well. Full table service is provided in a stylish yet relaxed restaurant environment. Our modern Australian menu is house-cooked in the hotel kitchen by our team of chefs under the keen eye of Restaurateur Natasha Holgate.     We use only the best of locally available fresh produce and ingredients: Istra smallgoods, Stella's pasta & Holgate beer of course! We love having fun with Beer and Food matching, with all the main meals having a suggested Holgate beer to compliment or add to your dining experience.
