Apologies for our absence from the blog. Ian went to the US to visit the Great American Beer Festival and Denver/Boulder area breweries, leaving Paul to run the brewery solo for two weeks. Then Paul returned the favour, making a tour of 19 breweries in Oregon and Washington.
So it’s been a busy few weeks, very nearly running out of our prize winning ESB in the process! Never fear, stocks have been replenished and – with both the brewers back in town – we’ll be back in full swing and implementing some new ideas picked up from our travels.
