A Woodend local, Paul’s background in chemistry and love of beer were channeled into Holgate Brewhouse after an inspirational “beer tour” of the US and Europe.
Ian Morgan, Assistant Brewer and Sales
Having left the craft brewing mecca of Seattle behind, Ian found kindred spirits at the Brewhouse who were prepared to assuage his homesick longings for big, hoppy brews.
